Shipping & Delivery

Cellcow utilizes USPS Priority and First Class mail services.  FedEx Ground services are used for large/heavy shipments.  Orders are processed and shipped on a daily basis Monday-Friday.  All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is cleared.  Any orders placed during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Returns & Replacements

Cellcow offers a 30 day warranty on all orders.  Please be sure to inspect your item carefully upon receipt to ensure there are no issues with your order.  Customers have 30 days from the date the order is delivered to contact us to report any problems or initiate the return process.  Cellcow does offer the option of a replacement or a refund, replacement option is limited to stock availability.  If no replacement is available a refund will be the default action.

Return shipping is provided for orders that are received incorrect or defective.  Return shipping for canceled orders is the responsibility of the customer returning the item, please make sure to use a service with tracking as we are not responsible for any lost/undelivered return shipments.  All returns will require customers to contact customer support to receive an RMA authorization number.  Any returns to our warehouse without an authorization number will be refused by our receiving department.  Please call 248-291-3982 or email CS@Cellcow.com to initiate the return process.

PayPal processes all payments for Cellcow, refunds are issued through PayPal once a return is received. Funds are returned to the original source of payment, we do not offer store credit or checks.  Depending on the customers card company or bank policies, refunds can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to be fully processed.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We do our best to keep up with current market pricing on all of our products to provide our customers with the best deals possible.  Cellcow may also offer sales or special promotions.  It can be frustrating as a customer to purchase an item to find it listed cheaper the following day, which is why Cellcow offers a 24 hour price match grace period.  This means that if a customer orders a phone, and then the item goes on sale or has a price reduction within the following 24 hours we will provide a partial refund/credit to match the new sale price.
