JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant
EFFECTIVE DATE: 1.1.2017
REPORTS TO: Human Resources Manager
LOCATION: Troy, MI
JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Manager and organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct sales-related responsibilities, including receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence and visitors
- Handles requests, inquiries and projects appropriately
- Arrange and assist in meetings and schedules for the Human Resources Manager as requested
- Oversee travel arrangements for Team Members as needed
- Produce, prepare, support and edit reports, presentations, meeting action items, correspondence and other documents as requested
- Conduct marketing research, collect and analyze data for reports, presentations and documentation
- Handle projects as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
- Support Human Resources Department as required, ensuring the workplace is tidy and organized
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a coordinator and/or administrative role
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- High-level of discretion
- Experience in NetSuite preferred
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma required
- Some college courses in Business or related field preferred

- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Clear judgment and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- High level of initiative
- Attention to detail and accuracy
