*SFC will not be held responsible for any batteries, chargers, manuals, etc. Sending handsets only, will help expedite your return.
Display RMA# - Your Return Merchandise Authorization # must be written on the outside of your box. If the RMA Number is not posted clearly on the box the shipment will be rejected by the Receiving Department
Only Send Handsets Under Warrantee – Only approved returns should be in the package. Any unapproved handset(s) will be returned unprocessed.
Specify Problem - A specific explanation of the problem must be filled out for each handset. Explanations such as, ‘defective’ or ‘bad’ will not be accepted. To insure that your phones are repaired correctly please specify the issues in detail.
*If no problem is found, you are subject to a $3 triage fee.
SF Cellular RMA Policy
SF Cellular is dedicated to providing quality products and unmatched customer service in this industry. We stand behind our product 100%. As with any warranty there are limitations on what is covered and what voids warranty.
Functional warranty:
SF Cellular will cover any functional defect in the phone due to workmanship under our standard warranty term of 180 days from the date of purchase for unless otherwise agreed on a per order basis. Cosmetic warranty:
SF Cellular will cover any cosmetic defect of the handset for 30 days from the date of invoice. Any phone returned after 30 days for a cosmetic defect will not be honored. Any phone returned with evidence of usage will be repaired to working order, but cosmetics will not be changed.
All warranty is void if the warranty label is tampered with, customer abuse, any type of software modification, and/or water damage.
